One of the best performances I’ve ever experienced. Multiple times Mason and I held up #nickcave while he sang into the crowd. Mason took the brunt of it. At one point Nick Cave kissed the top of his head. “You’re doing a great job,” he said. He held many women’s hands while they caressed his leg. He grabbed Mason’s hand during “Stagger Lee.” Later Mason got a full-on Nick Cave crotch-in-the-face. Honestly I’ve never experienced a show so powerful and intimate at different turns. He was a black-hearted preacher, the Bad Seeds his choir and the crowd his congregation. We were in awe. And we had the best seats in the house. #vogue #badseeds (at Vogue Theatre)
